Punjene paprike & Beauty In The World

PUNJENE PAPRIKE I PARADAJZ, PECENI U RERNI

Sest babura ocistiti od drscica i semena, pa ih staviti u serpu, preliti kljucalom vodom da bi se pripremile za punjenje. Kilogram paradajza izdubiti kasicicom, a prethodno im otseci kapak. U izvadjeno srce od paradajza staviti nekoliko zrelih paradajza, naliti vodom i metnuti da se kuva. Pola kilograma goveca i 3/4 kilograma svinjska mesa samleti. U serpu metnuti kasiku masti, na mast staviti glavicu sitno secena crna luka, pa kad se luk proprzi, skinuti ga s vatre i dodati u njega samleveno meso, 1 celo jaje, bibera, soli, sitno secena persunova lista, malo oprana pirinca, pa sve promesati. Ovim mesom puniti babure i paradajze, ali ne sasvim do vrha. U djuvec koji se moze izneti na sto, redjati: red paradajza, red babura. Tako napuniti ceo djuvec, a na svaku baburu i paradajz metnuti po malo presne masti. U serpu staviti kasiku masti i malo brasna. Na tu zaprsku izruciti pasiran paradajz koji se kuvao. Promesati, i ovim preliti djuvec pa ga staviti u pecnicu na 15 minuta pre no sto ce se rucati. Dva lonceta kisela mleka razblaziti obicnim mlekom ili supom, staviti i jedno zumance, pa ovim mlekom preliti paprike i paradajz i ostaviti ih u pecnici da se krckaju jos 10-15 minuta.

Uz neznatne unete izmene ali ove paprike su deo onoga sto slobodno mozmo nazvati "lepota sveta" ili bez njih bi svet bio manje lep ;)
